Norbert Nusterer joins Emerald Strategy Partners with a comprehensive track record from his extensive career at Cummins Inc., where he held multiple senior leadership roles across the company – from supply chain to aftermarket to global product businesses. In all these roles he significantly enhanced business operations and financial performance across global markets while also building strong talent benches.
In his culminating role as President of the Power Systems business unit, Mr. Nusterer managed a $5B portfolio of products and markets encompassing Power Generation and Large Engine activities. He also had oversight of all Cummins businesses in India during a phase of unprecedented revenue and profitability growth. Prior to leading the Power Systems division, Mr. Nusterer served as Vice President of New and ReCon Parts at Cummins, where he was responsible for global service parts business.
