We are very excited to announce that Ulf Hoof has joined Emerald Strategy Partners as Senior Expert in M&A.
Ulf brings more than 20 years of extensive deal experience to the team and will be actively involved in ESP’s M&A-projects and the ESP expansion and growth as an industrial M&A advisor.
Prior to joining EOP, Ulf was the SVP and Global Head of M&A between 2000 and 2020 at ABB where he successfully executed over 275 M&A transactions including many high value deals within both the private and public sector, across a huge range of geographical locations, including Emerging Markets.
Ulf was a key driver in the creation of Hitachi ABB Power Grids company, a joint venture and the largest divestment in ABB’s history, with an enterprise value of $11billion.
