We are very excited to announce that Alberto Piñero has joined Emerald Strategy Partners as Senior Expert in Rolling Stock.
Alberto has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Southern Europe (from Barcelona and Paris managing operations and customers in numerous countries), in intralogistics warehouse automation at TGW. For almost 20 years he developed his career as a railway engineer, project manager, department manager and tender manager, being 7 years Engineering Director of ALSTOM Santa Perpetua plant, and additionally R&D Director for all BU in Spain. He has developed customers, driven engineering teams & projects, professionalized industrial operations, driven teams co-responsibility and commitment, managed and improved the P&L and set the strategy of the unit.
He is a collaborative, innovative and strategic leader, with extensive experience in transformation and growth of industrial organizations with which he has faced growth and crisis, managing large teams, with complex, automated, and robotized products/technologies, with transparency, communication, financial and strategic vision. Alberto is a change, commitment, and growth driver, and a fluent communicator.
