We are thrilled to announce that Duncan Johnston has joined Emerald Strategy Partners as Senior Expert in M&A.
Duncan is an experienced finance professional, who prior to joining Emerald was a partner at Deloitte in the UK, working in M&A transaction services. Duncan was also Head of Industrials for Deloitte in the UK. He worked with a wide range of private equity and corporate clients: KKR, Apollo, Platinum, Cinven and Rolls-Royce, Hitachi, Schneider Electric and Philips. He focused Deloitte’s services to help industrial clients manage the impacts of energy transition.
Duncan speaks fluent German; his time at Deloitte included five years living and working in Germany.
